Friendly , fast and sufficient

My air wasn't coming on in the auto position but the fan would run. it was 80° in my house. I emailed Jacksonville Heating and Air last night at 7:00 and I got a call at 8:15 the next morning. Chris called me at 9:02 and said he was on his way. He saw that I needed a new thermostat and replaced it and my cold air was back up and running. Chris and the lady that called were extremely nice. I definitely recommend this company.

I want to tell everyone how fantastic Jason and Jacksonville Heat and Air are! My elderly father is on oxygen and his air went out today. They responded so quickly! I know it wasn’t convenient or easy, but within 30 minutes they had it up and running again! They’ve serviced our air several times and have always been economical and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone! It’s hard to find good service technicians these days, but look no further!!
