“As luck would have it we lost all 240 power and some 120 on Friday evening late the weekend of our 1st cold snap down in upper 20's. I called H&B Saturday morning and Mike had Anthony come out, he spent well over an hour diagnosing the problem and realized we had lost a leg, because of a problem with the buried main feeder line. With all electrical supply houses closed till Monday morning. They were back Monday morning and trenched for a new cable and had everything up and running normal in just 3 hours.
