Best Vet Clinic I've ever been to. I've taken all of my animals there for care. But today my son's dog was intentionally hit by a car. I was unable to pay for a cremation until Friday and they still allowed me to bring him in for a private cremation. They were so empathetic, and showed so much patience and kindness in one of the most devastating moments. I've never had a vet clinic treat me this way and it was very much appreciated.
I took my dog in today to get a dental cleaning. Her normal vet quoted me almost 5x what Huntsville quoted for the cleaning. The staff were very friendly, and they didn’t try to up-sale any additional services. When I got my dog back, she had her nails trimmed as well which I am very thankful for. They didn’t charge me for the nail trim. I am definitely considering switching over to Huntsville Vet Clinic over my dog’s normal vet. I’ve heard nothing but good things about this clinic, and even though I live far away, I’d be happy to take my pets back here. Thank you so much for what you guys do.
I had to rush my mare in late in the day. They had no issue with it and said come on in. While they tried everything, my mare had to be put down. I'm an awful experience like this you just don't know how much kind words and patience and explanations mean. Everyone there from office staff on was just wonderful and I want to thank them all.
