“I had noticed that a large portion of my 3500 share foot house had soft floors and the wife's China cabinet would sing when walking through the kitchen. I starting calling everyone I could find to come take a look. A few came out with different recommendations. The encapsulation group wanted to sister my joist and encapsulate. Freds Home Services inspectors came out and gave me the bad news and showed me how bad the wood was under the house. The joist, main beams, and the plywood were rotten with mold and fungus. Freds crew cut out and replaced the entire flooring system. It is like having a brand new house. VERY NERVE-WRACKING but quality work in a shorter time than I thought. Highly recommend. If I would have let other companies piece meal and sister, I would still have rotten flooring. Beware.“
