Called about a potential electrical problem. May not end up being an electrical problem, however, Jennifer was so kind and answered all my questions thoroughly I felt like I needed to share. :)
Steve Campbell Electric recently completed two projects at my home. My contractor had installed a new ceiling fan. Both he and his employee told me the motor was bad after a 10 second inspection. I called Steve to determine if it could possibly be fixed. At first, they concluded it could be a bad motor, but took the time to take it apart and discovered it was simply a wire that wasn’t pushed in all the way. You don’t see that type of care and thoroughness from professionals now days.
The other project was to install two pendent lights. They explained what they were going to do and set my expectations. Great communication.
