The SHORT version: HIRE EDDIE AND HIS TEAM! Robertson Heating and Cooling came out, found the problem, offered solutions, stuck to the agreed upon plan, and executed the plan beautifully. Super professional! Will call them again if I ever need anything and will recommend to everyone!The LONG version: My AC unit sprung a leak on an inner coil on the hottest week on record. It is an 18-year-old unit [heater same] on outdated Freon. I called Robertson Heating and Cooling, and I got immediate service. Eddie, the owner, came straight out and looked at my system, identified the problem, and went over multiple solutions with me. The best solution for me was to just gut my system...read full review
