Despite this, the initial visit experience has been positive, with the doctor being described as "super nice" and addressing the patient's issues effectively.
I felt Dr. Turner listens to any questions and is concerned about my medical condition. He answers the questions I asked him very compassionately and without me feeling like he rushes through the visit in order to see another patient. I hope I have him as my pain management Physician as long as is possible. I would recommend him as a professional in this field of practice too anyone needing this type care. He is wonderful!!! I would suggest giving him the opportunity to help you as he is me. I don't think you will be disappointed.
The care and treatment I received were both good. However, after being a patient for several years without incident, all of the sudden, I started getting messages that I had to do a random drug test. A few times, I can understand, but I was called 8 times in a 12 month period. If I lived near the clinic, it wouldn't have been as much of an issue. I live 80 miles away. My current job is hourly, so for every test, I lost a half day of pay, plus the gas to get there and back created a financial hardship for me. I was losing $100 for EACH random drug test. The only issue I had was the initial wait time for my first visit. I waited 50 minutes before I was called back to a room. Dr was super nice, asked questions needed to find out what my issues were, & scheduled another appointment. Good initial visit.
