To make a long story short, WOW! Customer service cannot be beat by this team. As we all know RV dealerships can be not great to work with. We would drive from Minnesota to Hot Springs to purchase another RV when we are ready for one. Thank you so much goes out to: Sheila, Dennis, Natalie and Will. And belly rubs to Cocoa!
We were very happy with our visit to MoixRV. We came to this location as an out of town customer with a camper wheel bearing issue. They welcomed us and immediately took our unit into the service area to see what was needed. Their service techs identified the problem and what was required for a complete & safe repair. After two previous repairs at other dealerships, which overlooked the ‘real’ problem, we decided to trade in our unit for a new camper. The entire team at MoixRV treated us like family and worked through the trade in and purchase process smoothly and efficiently.
