We've been customers for a little over a year. I love this company. The first time they came they walked around with my husband and told him problem areas and things we could do to help prevent issues. We had the worst fire ants in our yard. They came and took care of it. Everytime we've had a problem with any "pest" they respond quickly. That's only been a handful of times and mostly the relentless fire ants. They always leave notes about what they did and do little extras like moving my trash can out of the ditch when it was blown over. I love the fact they can come out for outside treatments and I don't have to be there since I have to work. They lock my gate back...read full review

I had a scare on a Friday. I found a swarm of termites coming from my shed. I called this company up. They were here Monday morning inspecting my home! No termites in my home! I now will have my home treated and keep policy with this company as long as I own my home! They are very personable and professional! I'd definitely recommend them!

Purchased a '90-day plan' with these guys, due to a pretty terrible German roach infestation. Within a month, all of the roaches are gone. We have been dealing with these insects for over 2 years, and McCauley managed to get rid of them in just 30 days - absolutely incredible!
