I was referred by my lawyer to assist in turning myself in. I was made aware of a petty charge. I literally got off the phone w lawyer bout 330 p.m. , called Ms. Rhonda for further instructions for after work. She told me exactly what to do, and instructed when to go , as our jail has over flow from spring break and unfortunately, Easter weekend. She secured my bond amount and showed up with me and my co-signer around 8 15 p.m., even tho they were busy, I heard her name being mentioned and that we had all paperwork/$ ready to go. Ms. Cravens goes above and beyond for her clients.
My elderly mother was arrested due to a missed court date on a traffic violation. My mother has dementia and has heart issues. I called Ms. Cravens and expressed my concern after my brother had spoken to another company that said they could not help us.
Ms. Cravens made a phone call and my mother was out of jail within 20 minutes. Our experience could have been a lot worse it it hadn't been for H & H's quick response.
