Called them on Saturday at noon to inquire if I could get same day delivery to a local hospital. They were able to not only deliver my order same day, but they had it there within an hour of our conversation. Emily was wonderful on the phone, she has great customer interaction. She gave me a range of options and worked with me to get an arrangement in the price range I was looking for. Will definately use them again for flower deliveries in the future!
I called to request a certain type of arrangement. Flowers and Home did not have what I needed. The lady promptly suggested another locally owned florist that would have what I requested. I love this. As a small business owner myself, who is all about supporting other small businesses, I find this very admirable. Thank you for you assistance, will be calling again when I have a need for an arrangement in your area.
Our arrangements from here are absolutely stunning EVERY SINGLE TIME. They do an amazing job and I can tell they put a lot of passion into their work. They exceed my expectations with each arrangement my husband gets for me. A couple of weeks ago my husband ordered for our anniversary and they went out of their way to get fresh tulips for my arrangement as they are my favorite. They make all of my flower dreams come true!
