Our family is overwhelmed with gratitude for Daniell Heat & Air and their exceptional technician, Josiah! He went above and beyond to get our heater going again yesterday and I know it was a challenge. Josiah is a kind, knowledgeable and mindful person and we are very grateful for that. Before using any chemicals for cleaning or making any noise, he made sure to ask first since my 2 month old son was taking a nap. Thank you, Josiah, and Daniell Heat & Air, and Merry Christmas!

Great experience! We had a problem with our outside AC unit (condenser) where it wasn't cooling properly and making a strange noise and we called Daniell Heat & Air on a Sunday and within a short amount of time were scheduled for a technician to come out to diagnose the problem. We were also called twice after the initial appointment was made, once by Aaron who was gathering problem info and giving us an ETA on the technician and service call time and again by our tech when he started our direction, which is always good to know.
