This was the second time I called Dale. Both times, he stated what he would do and he kept his word. He called each time, and at the time he said he’d call. Then he showed up early on both visits. I first met Mr. Dale in 1995. I had built my house and 93 and my dishwasher and my stackable unit went out I called Sears, I was still under contract with Repair. They kept messing around telling us to replace the items finally my husband called Mr. Dale. We have had him every since. We blew that Sears repair off, even though we had paid for it. Thirty one years later I still have the same stove and dishwasher. I did get a KitchenAid washer and dryer a few years later. I wanted a larger capacity.
