Was in Hot Springs and my back went out. Dr. Dabbs seen me and adjusted me back into place. Very nice and professional. Got me right in! Would 100 percent recommend Dabbs Chiropractic!

Don't know what we'd do without Dr Dabbs. He's efficient and gets the job done. There's always less pain in our lives after a visit with him. My husband sometimes comes home and realizes pain is also gone from places he didn't expect.
