Online appointment system was easy to navigate, we received a call to verify the appt. Received a text that our tech Gabe was on the way and was early! Gabe was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, skilled and honest about what would be needed to service the door, no upselling of unnecessary parts etc. Gabe worked quickly to resolve the broken spring, and upon completion gave us maintenance tips and suggestions for the future. All in all, a great visit from Gabe at Coney’s. While it’s no fun to have an issue with the garage door, we trust in Coney’s and their staff to handle any issues that arise.
