Was having an oder issue with the hot water side in my home. Josh K. replaced the hot water heater annode and installed a shut-off valve to bring the heater up to code. All was completed within an hour. Also answered some side questions regarding the water well that supplies our house. Very efficient and knowledgeable. Great service and now my go-to plumbing company.

Dakota Grinder, with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, installed a hot water heater for us yesterday. While he was here, he fixed a number of other issues we had going on in our older home. One of the best plumbers we've ever met. Dakota did a professional job for us and has an encyclopedia of plumbing information at immediate recall. Amazing source od any plumbing project needs. Answered our many questions, and was courteous and friendly all the while. Business for life. Thanks

Since I have used Benjamin Franklin before, called them on Wednesday morning and was told they could come out that same afternoon. But I had another appointment, so I scheduled them to come between eight and 10 the next morning. Sure enough, Dewayne was at my house by 8:30 Thursday morning. The promptness was very much appreciated. Unfortunately, the work needed done was more than I could afford at this time, but I will definitely call them again. They are upfront about their pricing and the time needed to complete the job.
