I'm an almost daily local customer who has an eBay business and works for a local business as well who is in e-commerce. I've been coming and seeing the owner and staff for years now and can say beyond any reasonable doubt that they are great people and will go the extra mile to ensure they serve and take care of the customer. Ken and Trina came through a 2nd time. This time we shipped home a 106.7 pound crystal platter treasure we named “The Beast.” Heavy to dig out, heavy to haul, and a beast to ship. Our’s was doubled boxed with peanuts in the box and wow did we need the added protection. The outside box was slit, beat-up and crumpled but our contents inside the 2nd box packed with peanuts survived the rough ride.
