Hospitality is great customer service is beyond phenomenal and the place smells good with food. I can't remember the young girl behind the counter but her professionalism and manners are great. I would highly recommend this place for any floral needs and they sell food and scented candles in there as well. if I could give them ten stars I would. I will be going back for all my floral needs. I am beyond pleased with not only the quality of the plant that I ordered but the customer service was amazing! When calling to place an order from out of town you are not always provided with what you expect. The Picket Fence went over and above what I expected. I now know that if I ever have a floral need in Hope, the girls at Picket Fence will fix me right up!
I ordered lunch from the Picket Fence in Hope Arkansas and it was really good. I got the club sandwich and Zapp’s voodoo chips and I also decided to get a mocha caramel iced coffee. They have quite a bit to choose from. Right now they’re stocked up with a ton of Valentine’s Day goodies. They also have yummy cupcakes and some grab and go items like pinwheels and fruit cups.
