My almost 12 month old son was playing in a toddler playground in hot springs. He fell on the ground and caused red and bruises on his face. Dr sooman office is 90 miles away, and I texted his office phone number and asked if able to do video calls to get some prescription cream or something for the injury on the face. About 10 minutes, Dr sooman sent a video call to check on my son, because WiFi signal is weak, I sent some pictures of the injured face to her. Then she was able to send a prescription cream to a nearest pharmacy I chose. I immediately went to get the prescription cream and able to put it on the wounds right away. My kids have both gone to this Dr office since born and we love them! Always kind, if we need a last minute appointment they always squeeze us in, and they always treat my kids great ❤️
