We're back in business. I don't like that we had to pay a service call to get the new coil installed but I understand it. GFH&A can't provide that service for nothing. The manufacturer should, though. Just a personal gripe about the fact that the first one failed. But GFH&A did not charge for the diagnostic call and was very responsive in getting the warranty taken care of. That to me was very good service and I did not have to go through the sticky stuff to get the new part delivered under warranty. Thanks.

We had an issue with our hvac unit. I called at exactly 8 am on Friday when they opened. A nice lady answered, I explained my problem, she said they would have somebody out before lunch. In less than an hour there was a truck in my driveway. Technician was friendly and got right to work. He figured out it was a bad circuit breaker. We were fixed by 10 am. You can't ask for better service than that!
