Had a great service call at my home for 2 washers and 2 dryers by Luke Allen. Luke was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Impressed with Luke as well as Angel at Richardson Appliance Service and would highly recommend them.
Shaye is knowledgeable of appliance functionality. He quickly assesses the issue and makes a recommendation. He provides appropriate documentation on the quote sheet that helps clients recover expenses from a warranty company. I have used his services for other appliance issues, and he has always done a great job.
