Craton worked on the appliance for me, and he explained everything in detail, even coming back a second day in a row when the first repair was unsuccessful to make sure it got done. My wonderful Speed Queen washer needed a tweek of some sort. It would beep as if there were an unbalanced load. Ashton was prompt, courteous, diligent to figure it out.
