“I was looking for a new pest control service. I had Fitton come out for an quarterly treatment and possibly a ant treatment. Heather, the technician, came in and asked questions and listened to what was going on. We went and looked into the ant problem and decided no carpenter ants were present so didn't need the service. She did the quarterly service, which was inside and outside. Explained everything she was doing and asked if I had any questions. She was very professional and friendly. I had been with Terminix for a long time and didn't get the service like I got today. I'm glad I've found Fitton. Thanks for the great job and Heather is a keeper.”
