Called them Monday afternoon about a high pitch squealing noise coming from our heating unit when it kicks on. They were here by 9am Tuesday morning and quickly diagnosed the problem. We had a metal elbow going from the furnace to the flue that had rusted apart and was dropping pieces of metal shavings down into our inducer motor and even worse was allowing Carbon Monoxide to leak out into our crawl space! The technician quickly had the elbow replaced and even went as far as using a magnet to get the shavings out of the motor and the high pitch noise is completely gone! Matt came out to check my heat pump after another company told me it would have to be replaced at a cost of over $8000. Diagnosed a stuck expansion valve, switched from air to heat and back again. Now working good great. Cost of a service call $99. Would highly recommend Matt, the rest are probably great also, but I know he is.
Had One Stop Heating and Cooling come out to service our unit. Our technician Zoe done an excellent job! She check the unit out thoroughly and was very straight forward with us. She gave some tips on how to improve things and she educated us on some stuff about HVAC. We will definitely be using them again in the future!
