I hope this reaches as many people as possible. This lady was clearly having a bad morning and decided to respond with a very unprofessional and rude text. It shouldn't matter if I call 10 times. The calls were made during business hours. Even after seeing the reviews I still chose to give them a chance. I thought I was doing the woman a solid by letting her know about her bad review.

I moved here in 2017 an I've always used best choice since day oneCouldn't ask for a better insurance agent.Always so welcoming an warm feeling like friends.Never had anything but excellent perfect customer service.

I’ve been with Best Choice for years. I’ve used Krysta for my home insurance, my car insurance, and even to insure my business. I’ve never been disappointed in her service or been misguided or mislead. Very knowledgeable and honest. She’s always taken care of me and my family without fail. Thank you Best Choice!!
