Tim's is a first class place. Zach listens carefully to my concerns or task I want them to do. I leave with confidence it will be taken care of. When I return its perfect. Reasonable rates. Never left feeling over charged. They've worked on 3 of my vehicles and did a great job each time. You can't go wrong here

I seriously cannot recommend this shop enough. I started going here a few years back after hearing about them from a guy that is friends with the owner when I was looking for a good local shop to work on my 92 Ford F-350. Now, I take all of my vehicles here for any extensive work that needs to be done. I trust that the people at this shop will do the work right and stand by their work. The 1-2 times I’ve ever noticed something not being quite right (I take 3 vehicles here so it happens), I’ve never had any issue being able to communicate that to Zach and get the vehicle back in to make sure it’s adjusted. I was a few hundred miles from home, headed to Norfork, Arkansas, when the driver’s information center in my pickup lit up with a warning that the battery wasn’t charging. Turned out the alternator had gone bad. I stopped in at the O’Reilly’s in Greenbrier, Arkansas, and they’re the ones who pointed me to Tim’s Garage. I showed up with the alternator in hand, and Tim was able to work me in quickly. He got me fixed up and back on the road without missing a beat. What could’ve been a frustrating delay ended up being a smooth experience thanks to Tim’s professionalism and willingness to help a traveler in a bind.
