i got a new set done, i walked in a told them what i wanted and got sat down, the woman was trying to file red dye of my fingers from hair dye, and didn't even care it was a fingernail. she was more focused on getting the color off, and when she was putting on my nails tips more glue got on my skin than it did the nail. and when she did my color on my nails she just threw big clumps of color on and called it a day. some of my nails are crooked and different lengths. she didn't even color the whole nail. and when she did my toes she threw color on them as well and just called it a day. the color on my toes are still wet and i left extremely upset. waste of money.
Got my nails done here acrylics I showed the hardy a picture all my nails where in even she forgot to do the design on 2 fingers and forgot to add gold lining to them all are the wrong shap I asked for and she was rude to me and my family member
I just wanted to take a moment to share my experience because I hate seeing negativity that doesn’t reflect what I’ve personally encountered. As a mom, I don’t just go anywhere I take both of my girls with me, and we’ve been coming here for our nails regularly.
This salon has always treated us with kindness, patience, and respect. They are quick without ever rushing the quality, and the level of detail they put into their work truly shows. Every visit, we leave happy and feeling taken care of.
