These two were incredible! Not only did they arrive as soon as possible, after hours, when my 26" rental sunk the front end to the frame, but they went above and beyond and prevented the company from screwing my family (including two babies) before a terrible and long move 11 hours away, after DAYS of already experienced hell beforehand, by simply being HUMAN BEINGS and demonstrating simple compassion. They did a hell of a job getting that beast lose and even stayed and helped me shovel in the CRATER that was dug out from the drag.Great people, incredible business and service. B & L was called for a severe car accident. From the moment they arrived at the scene to the moment insurance has been contacted this company has been AMAZING... they have been very accommodating, helped us through the process, met us when we could get to their yard, and each time I have called their first question is how is the driver doing. They have been amazing and we will definitely use them for future business. I highly recommend them for any type of service they offer!Services: Local hauling

they could improve by moving their office closer to their yard because my insurance sent 4 different wreckers to pick up my truck and they could never get them to meet with them at the office to take them to their yard then finally when they did they turned them away again cause they only take CASH. plus they charged me $45 just to open the gate so I could get stuff from my vehicle.. this wrecker service is a joke... cost me close to 2000 for 18days of storage plus tons of other side charges... and I was trying to get it moved from day 4??
