Adam Burris has worked for several of my clients and has given full and detailed reports, gives a great explanation of buyer expectations and is efficient and timely in preparing and submitting his reports.Although I can't choose the buyer's inspector, if asked, I will give Burris Inspection Service a recommendation!

Very through inspection. Actually goes into the places prospective home buyers dont want to. Professional yet easy to talk to. Answered all questions I had. If you want a complete, honest inspection on a home, burris is the best.

Burris Inspection services inspected 2 different types of homes for us and both inspections were thorough and the write-ups were completed on the same day. The first inspection saved us from sinking a lot of money into fixing surprises, and in the second home, there were no surprises... Everything he said that was going to break, did and we were actually prepared and it gave us the advantage when negotiating the home price. I appreciated the fact that everything on the report was explained to me, it was not inflated or made out to be a big deal, just a calm caution for what may be. Overall the best experience!!!!
