Finally got them to call me back and told them what I needed. Said they were short staffed but could get by my daughters house next week to look at the job. Never came by, never called... so I've been waiting over a week with no service. Guess I'll call another plumber since this one doesn't need my business.

I called a number of times and finally was able to get Jacob on the phone and I told him who I was and what I needed done. I could be mistaking but it seems as if he noticed I was African American and resulted in denying me services. He replied he had a heavy workload and that it would be a while before he’d be able to get to me. He never gave me an estimated time he could get to me or a referral to someone else and it just seemed so unprofessional to me.Service: Plumbing pipe repair
