My cat was having a urinary issue late on friday night and I was terrified that I would be dealing with the emergency vet and a massive bill. Thankfully I was so happy to be able to get him seen quickly here. His normal vet wouldn't have been able to get us in for days and time is a huge factor in having a possible urinary blockage in a male cat. Instead they had me an appointment within 15 minutes of my frantic call and were able to get my boy seen. Dr. Rodriguez was amazing and the techs were so helpful and kind. Had an emergency and they got me right in and started emergency care right away. Picking her up in the afternoon took longer than the actual care. Dr. Erby and her team were awesome. Andrew is always helpful. However, the girl that started my check out was not very friendly.
Winston and myself have been treated with respect, with kindness and any questions i ask have been answered right then and there.
