I bought glasses at from the glass center. First, my glasses came back with one lens having no glare and the other didn’t. I waited a week to get them back. The man there barely adjusted the fit of my glasses. I went back in two more times to get them adjusted, because they were falling off and hurting my ears. The man acted like I was bothering him. The second time a different man told me my glasses were fine and I was wearing them wrong. I won’t be back!
I was rather put off that the vision associate didn't seem to know how to respond when I asked about lens coatings and options. They did not refer me to anyone for questions or offer to look up answers or seek any help from anyone. It maintained 2 stars because the price was competitive with the purchase I made.
Dr. Ingram is great with me. Easy to get in and get out. The receptionist the other day wasn't very friendly and was playing on her phone. I was trying to get an appointment to try out a new pair of contacts and she told me that since I wasn't due for an eye exam I'd have to pay full price (I have insurance).. My insurance however, told me that she was wrong and that as long as it is a new calendar year, my exam is covered for free.. I wish she would've at least taken the time to research my insurance before kicking me out the door even if they were closing in 30 minutes, I would've scheduled my appointment on a different day.
