Today I finished my red light therapy sessions and walked away over 26inches smaller and 14 lbs lighter! I went to The Gibson Center after seeing an ad on Facebook. The contour lighting idea intrigued me. I signed up for 16 sessions and was also given a diet plan to follow for fat reduction. I'm 60 years old and I kind of had given up on losing the extra weight I needed. I have now lost almost 60 pounds in six months and feel like a different person! I cannot recommend this center enough-it is life-changing!
