I have used terminex before in Illinois and they got the job done when I needed them to get rid of pests! I called them again recently and they have greatly made the issue better. The representative or the agent that came to spray and do what he did was very knowledgeable polite and he went above and beyond to help us! I am more than proud of them don't call the other ones even if they're cheaper because terminex will actually get rid of the problem!
Found a larva on Sunday made a phone call to Terminix and had an appointment to have the house inspected the very next morning. That morning Earnett inspected the entire house. We got a reasonable quote for termites and pest control. The following day we had a very nice gentleman come and spray the whole outside of our home, 2 hours after that another gentleman came and put termite stakes outside in the yard. My mind was blown on how fast they were to address the possible issue we had going on.
