I have been to therapy at SERC East Fayetteville for multiple problems, including a lower back twinge, the changes of pregnancy, and then a shoulder issue. Each time, Kelsey (and before her, Seth) has made a plan and helped me get stronger to overcome my physical issues.
What's neat about PT at SERC is that you get a whole hour of therapy with someone who is listening and watching every session. You don't get that when you go to a doctor for your pain!
I have never needed a physicians referral and have never had an issue with insurance, so I have only had to pay a copay out of pocket for all the services I have recieved.
I had a wonderful experience with Pelvic floor therapy at SERC. Kelsey, my PT was very knowledgeable and supportive and truly invested in helping me reach my goals. As a new mom, I really appreciated how accommodating everyone was about me bringing my baby to each session. I would recommend SERC to any mom looking for postpartum care.
Everyone was kind, professional and knowledgeable! Kelton, Kelsey, Luke and Kate made me feel so welcome and helped get me back on track after having a hip replacement and I will be going back to see them when I have the other replaced. A great crew!
