Wonderful friendly employees. Both of the locations I went to in Fayetteville. I was happy to be better but I was sad to no longer chat/visit while doing my pt. Reese, Kelton, Kat, Scott etc they’re all professional friendly pt therapist. And can’t forget, Rachel.

I’ve been to a few therapy places and SERC is hands-down the best facility with equipment and therapist. They got me on the road to recovery after my ankle tendon surgery, and are currently working with my wife on her torn bicep and rotator cuff surgery therapy.
I attend the Mission and Crossover facility in East Fayetteville and Sara was my therapist. She is not only exceptional and knowledgeable at her job, but she also makes the time go by fast with her personality and sense of humor. The entire staff at this office makes the experience enjoyable and fun I highly recommend SERC!
I hopped in on one foot after Achilles tendon surgery and a messed up foot after nearly 3 months of no weight allowed. Today, I walked out feeling grateful to Sarah (my PT) and confident riding my bike and walking miles. Orthopedic office says not to even try running for a few more months. I may be back when that restriction is lifted.
