My experience at SERC was excellent! Scott provided the information and PT that was very helpful in easing the pain and increasing the flexibility in my lower back which was caused by a recent fall. Everyone was professional, competent and friendly.
I can't say enough good things about SERC's staff. I went there every week for 8 month post-surgery and the quality of care was tremendous. I had Kelton Price from the beginning and he is a top guru every step along the way. The last four months Sara Betts was instrumental in helping me back to full strength, and the whole time I was blessed dealing with really great individuals and always looked forward to my visits which is a big deal in getting back to normal. I want to thank Kelsey Yowell for doing a great job with my pelvic floor physical therapy exercises. She is professional, skillful, friendly and kind.
I was not very comfortable when my doctor first suggested physical therapy, but from the moment I met Kelsey, everything became much easier. She made me feel comfortable and supported, and I have already seen positive results.
From the front desk to all the team members at this location is very welcoming, cheerful, fun and helpful. I highly recommend Kelsey and this clinic to anyone who is looking for physical therapy.
