This is a review of Brandon Howard, the Perry Roofing estimator that inspected my roof after an extremely heavy hail storm. To be brief, he's a great rep for the Company. He didn't try to sell me a roofing job, explaining that half the roofing was pretty badly damaged, the other half (N and East facing) not quite as badly, so insurance company response might be for partial replacement. His inspection was thorough as was his explanation of the condition of the roof. I wish I could give them 10 stars, especially John Lee Cummings. My husband and I had major water damage in two bedrooms that connected and John was the only one who could figure out the issue correctly (after several contractors gave their assessments). The roof repairs were made last October and we waited a couple of months to make sure no water issues and there were not. We were so happy about that! Then we were scheduled in January to get the inside repairs and paint and trim done in the two rooms. This was completed within 3 days - amazing! The crew cleaned up everything nicely! The last step was getting carpet laid in the two rooms, as well as our primary bedroom.... read full review

Have used Perry for a couple jobs. John has always been up front and honest about the process and pricing. The bids are always competitive. I choose Perry at the end of the day for their customer service and quality of work. From the first call to the last nail, they are dedicated to making the customer happy.
