These guys were amazing! Our heat went out in the middle of the night during single digit temp weather, and they were there first thing in the morning to check on it. Problem found, part procured, and fixed all within 24 hours!! Thank you guys!AND, they brought dog treats for our dog!
The staff of Ozark Mt Air, from the office staff, the technicians & the owners are absolutely the best. Living in an older house, that has been Southern engineered to the max, has been a challenge to numerous HVAC companies. OMtAir has consistently been the only one that can identify & fix the problems - not only are they experts, but they are also trustworthy, kind & responsive. Use the best in NW AR ! Called on Sunday night and they were here first thing in the morning Monday. Easy fix and lots of great advice for next steps. Our furnace is 29 years old so somethings coming soon… Ozark is always friendly, professional and affordable.
