I live in a 21 year old house that has the original hvac. It’s been so so hot and the air in my home gets up to 83 during the day and 68 at night. I called 3 HVAC people. The first quoted me 25,000 for a 5 Ton replacement. Said it was not fixable. The second company Ozark came out and said I just needed to wash out the unit - like with a water hose. That is was just dirty. We did that and the unit is now cooling the house to 74 during the day. Unbelievable. I’m so thankful for Nathan’s integrity and honesty. I will use them when I have to replace my unit.
Technician Aaron did a great job and it didn't take him very long to complete the job. The total cost was very reasonable even with the extra charge for a weekend call. He was very friendly and explained what part needed replacement and what that part did
It was time to replace our Carrier Infinity system from 2008. The guys at Ozark Mountain Air came out on a Wednesday morning; I had my price by Wednesday afternoon. It was very competitive and straight-forward. We chose another 5-ton Carrier Infinity system. Installation took place 6 days later. Everything was installed correctly and professionally. Great experience!
