“Stopped in for some cross training today and had a great experience. This isn’t my home gym, but I wanted to check out their Sunday leg lock class followed by open mat, and I’m glad I did.
From the moment I walked in, the vibe was welcoming. The coach did a solid job teaching, and the room had a good mix of skill levels. I got a lot of quality rounds in during open mat, which is always what you’re hoping for when you drop in somewhere new.
Overall, really positive experience—good instruction, respectful training partners, and a friendly atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back.”
