My initial impression was a friendly and courteous staff that were knowledgeable and helpful. Upon my actual procedural day they were efficient but again friendly and welcoming. All the surgical staff were professionally competent and able to put me at ease with explaining the step by step events to take place. I found Dr Henry to be polite and informative but also highly focused on ensuring I knew exactly what was going to happen. Overall I am very satisfied with how I was treated and the Mohs surgery I experienced so far. I especially appreciate the post surgical welfare check later that day. I will update this after the bandage removal and healing have taken place.
The doctors, nurses, and other staff were professional and compassionate. They were concerned about my comfort and well being. Dr. Henry even called me a few hours after my surgery to check on me, which was greatly appreciated.
My husband appreciated the thoroughness, meticulousness, well skilled Dr. Henry. Explaining the procedure step by step makes it easier to the patients. The staffs were helpful & professional.
