Mr. Kelso was very professional and thorough while inspecting our new house. His written report was organized in a comprehensive format and included photo documentation of his findings. Even the repair contractor noted Mr. Kelso's attention to detail in the report and his inclusion of relevant items in need of repair. He offered a competitive rate and exceeded our expectations.-The Erbys
