“I really liked this place. I felt well taken care of, the facial was superb, the products were high end, and the atmosphere was clean and chic.I always try to be honest when I leave a review though. I have gotten tons of facials and one thing that many skin care places do that I don’t like is recommend that I buy products or spend more. Unfortunately, they did do both of those things at this place which always makes me a little less excited to come back.Maybe the micro current facial was exactly what my skin needed - it sure does look great. But when I go in with an open mind asking for guidance on which facial I should receive for my first ever visit, it is a little disappointing when they encourage only the most expensive option. Having not even looked at the services on their website before I came and expecting to spend a few hundred, I allowed them to guide me. I only later looked back at the website to see whether they had chosen the most expensive thing, and they had. As a sales person myself, I often don’t push the highest menu item for first time buyers in an effort to meet them where they are and allow them to warm up to us. I do wish as a customer I was treated the same when I go to buy something. I also bought a product that I LOVED and repurchased for 2/3 the price online than what I spent at Juliette.I canceled my next appointment when I extended my travel plans and I’m still deciding whether I’d like to return or try some place new.“
