Courtney Pinkerton has groomed our AKC Standard Poodle since she was a puppy! Family Pets is a responsible groomer, all aspects of a good groom are done(anal glands included). Mercedes is happy when we pick her up and she doesn't want to leave.We trust and feel safe leaving our baby.

Family pets takes excellent care of my pets in the best and worst of times! They also have an excellent grooming studio that helps to take care of all animal needs! Here is juno after her most recent grooming. She came back looking so pretty and smelling so good. Recently we had to put our cat, Phyllis, down and Dr. Cyphers and her staff were so kind. They ensured she was well taken care of even after she passed and let us wait to take care of the financial side of things until we returned to pick up her ashes. Lovely, kind people.

Dr. Cyphers & the team are so knowledgeable and caring. She takes her time on each visit, never rushing through questions, and allowing my pup to warm up to her before examining. Definitely recommend!
