Elite Cleaners is a reliable spot for all dry cleaning needs, offering clothes pressing, general bedding cleaning, and industrial laundry services. Customers appreciate the friendly staff, fair prices, and coupons for repeat business. They even handled cleaning and boxing a wedding dress with no complaints. Recent reviews highlight the quality of cleaning, with one customer mentioning that their faux fur coats, which had mildew, were perfectly cleaned and ready to wear for winter. The staff also returned a pair of black leather gloves found in the coat pockets. Another customer was impressed with the professionalism and timely service when they had a difficult gown cleaned and pressed, stating it was perfect. However, some feedback mentioned late pickup times and the importance of checking items, as one customer did not receive their black bag back.
This was my first experience with Elite. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful and the prices were reasonable. They communicated well with me when my clothes were ready for pickup and they did an excellent job. I can highly recommend them!
Excellent quality work and lovely folks to work with! Most recently I had a shirt that I really wanted to take on vacation, but dropped it off later than I should have 🙄 they came through for me!
So friendly and personable! 1st time to this location and I was immediately met with a warm smile and a genuine “it’s nice to meet you!”
It’s not often you go into businesses anymore where they make you feel like the only customer and establish that personal connection but you will at this location! Thanks for the quick, friendly, and fabulous service! (And getting the stains out of my suit 🫣)
