Absolutely wonderful experience! The customer service was amazing and the repair is perfect. I needed my laptop screen replaced, after calling nearly 10 places throughout NWA this was the only one that said they could fix it & they did a wonderful job! I am beyond pleased with this company.

So, my son's computer went out right before they were sent home from school because of COVID-19. His hard drive burned up and he lost everything. It's his own fault, but I digress. Because he has a YouTube channel, he was unable to edit any videos. So, I spent time trying to find somebody to fix it without spending an arm and a leg and I'm not tech-savvy enough to do it myself. But I remembered I met Reginald at a business expo and still had his card in my truck. I dropped it off with them and they very quickly installed a new hard drive and got the computer up and running even faster than what it was before.
