When I walked into the building I was greeted very pleasantly with a smile and how can we help you kind of greeting.
I introduced myself and from that minute I truly felt like I had known everyone for a long time.
As I walked down the hall with my nurse all the folks we passed smiled and nodded or greeted me.
The nurse did the routine x-rays, asked many questions about my dental history.
Never did anyone make me feel uncomfortable about not seeing a dentist regularly.
The doctor came in we went over my history, my expectations and what the doctor had in mind for a treatment plan.
She wanted to send the plan to my insurance and once the information was returned we could begin my treatment.
I left that office no longer embarrassed but feeling confident soon my dental health would be taken care of and no longer would I shy away from them. The folks at the LUCKE DENTAL facility are really terrific.”
