EDIT: Mark called me and explained a few things and had a photo showing he did in fact take the breaker panel off. ORIGINAL: Mark Riley did the inspection for the place I purchased in Siloam Springs. Less than a week after I moved in I found out that one of the protection devices on the breaker box failed and was causing one of the wires to melt. The electrician that came out to service me and found this out told me that Siloam Springs has a lot of surges due to old technology. This absolutely would have been noticed if the housing of the breaker box was taken off and the wires even just looked at if not tested.
