They called me to schedule the appointment. I asked how much a service call was. He stated that it would be $49. He said that if I let them do the work, they would discount the $49. I knew the problem. It was a bearing, and I said that you don't need to come out. I talked him into giving me a quote over the phone. They got back to me within 15 minutes and said we don't even change bearings on your type washer.

I have used several appliance repair businesses over my lifetime as I have lived in several places. We had a problem with our gas range and called Certified. Kyle came out and fixed the problem and we were so impressed with his knowledge and professionalism we updated our range to a newer model we had been looking at. Certified Appliance ordered it for us, installed it and we are very pleased! They are timely, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs appliance repair or anyone that wishes to update what they have.
