We will never use anyone else. This company, its employees and its office staff are the best. They are respectful and courteous. They work till the job is done and if there are any issues, they stay till they are resolved. There prices are very reasonable, and we couldn't be more satisfied with the job they did.
Called RJW with a failed A/C on a hot August night. They were out and had the stem repaired by noon the next day. Justin, the technician, was prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. The price was very fair. I even joined the service plan as I was so impressed with the trustworthiness of the company.
Richard did a great job explaining and showing (a big deal for me) exactly the issue and the fix for it. Gave great maintenance advice also to save from service calls unneeded in the future. Something you don't get much of these days. Will definitely recommend RJW in the future.
