Being a first time home buyer, I am really feeling bad & frustrated about the quality of service or support I am receiving from the warranty team & the Brittenum. 100% a big Nooooo to buyers.
They are not interested in customer service. My garage door broke, halfway open during my first year and should have been covered under warranty. The company they wanted me to use couldn’t get out for 3 days. The expectation is that my garage should just stay open…my personal items exposed…if I want it covered under warranty. I came out of pocket $2000+ and they won’t help because I didn’t use their recommended company for garage door repair.
