Accell Wood Floors did an amazing job refinishing our hardwoods and provided us first class customer service! They went above and beyond in putting us on their schedule with only two weeks notice and refinished our floors in time before we moved in. They gave tips on how to cut down on costs and left the house super clean. We are calling them again to do more work and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you, Accell!
Accell Wood Floors refinished our red oak floor, we worked with Jared who had a good understanding of what we were looking for and gave us a great sense of confidence that we would see great results. We were able to stay at home during the three days of work, which was a plus throughout this experience. Jared is very professional, on time, clean, and very very talented. We were impressed at every stage of the work and are very pleased with the results, our downstairs floor looks AMAZING!
Last week we had Accell Wood Floors install a new oak floor in the master bedroom and refinish the downstairs floors. We had three bids, but two were prepared by sales people; Jared of Accell was the only one who would both be doing the work and who had many years of actual experience. He pointed out things that the others had missed and gave us a great sense of confidence in his abilities. We remained impressed at every stage of the work and are very pleased with the result - our floors look fabulous!
